Rules that apply to every offer
- Verification first. You need a linked bank account and real-name verification before you can claim bonuses or redeem rewards.
- One account per person. Multiple accounts, or accounts that share an IP address or personal details, lose their eligibility, and their balances and winnings can be frozen.
- No transfers. Bonus credit and rewards cannot be moved to another player's account.
- Fair play. Turnover manipulation and automated or machine betting forfeit all bonuses, and AIPLAY may freeze winnings and the remaining balance.
- Turnover before withdrawal. Deposits must be wagered at least once before you can withdraw.
- Final decision. AIPLAY has the final interpretation of promotion terms.

How to claim
- New-member bonus: register, add and verify your bank account, then deposit RM20.
- Daily gift code: after reaching 2,000 credits and topping up at least RM10, send screenshots to customer service on live chat before 23:30.
- Rebate: open Rebate in your account from 3 PM to claim the previous day's rebate.
- Referral bonus: copy your link from the Referral section and share it.
Keep screenshots of any claim until the reward appears in your account, and check the confirmation before trying again.
Tournaments and seasonal events
AIPLAY runs seasonal slot tournaments and lucky draws around festive periods, including Chinese New Year, Hari Raya and Christmas. Past events include the Raya 2026 Ultimate Slot Tournament and the Christmas 2025 Grand Slot Tournament.

Does registering automatically give me the new-member bonus?
No. You need to verify your bank account and deposit RM20 to receive the RM50 bonus.
Which games can I use the RM50 new-member bonus on?
Slot games only.
When can I claim my daily rebate?
From 3 PM each day, based on your turnover the previous day.
Can I open another account to claim an offer again?
No. Duplicate accounts lose eligibility, and their balances and winnings can be frozen.
Should I increase spending to meet a condition?
No. Do not let an offer push you beyond your planned spending or into chasing losses. An offer is not a guarantee of a return.
