Start your registration
Registration opens on the official AIPLAY member platform. If a friend invited you, open the referral link they sent before you register.
What you need before signing up

| Full name | Exactly as it appears on your bank account, in English letters and spaces only. It is checked when you add your bank account. |
| Mobile number | Used to sign in and to receive your OTP. Malaysia (+60) is the default; Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Hong Kong numbers are also accepted. |
| Password | Entered twice to confirm it. |
| Secure code | The characters shown on screen. Tap the refresh icon for a new code. |
| OTP | A one-time code sent by SMS when you tap Send. |
Each person may hold one AIPLAY account. Duplicate registrations, including accounts that share an IP address or personal details, are not allowed and can lead to rewards being cancelled and balances frozen.
How to create an account
- Open AIPLAY registration.
- Enter your full name as it appears on your bank account.
- Create a password and enter it again.
- Choose your country code and enter your mobile number.
- Type the secure code shown on screen.
- Tap Send, then enter the OTP from the SMS.
- Complete the security check and tap Sign Up.
When registration succeeds, a confirmation screen appears and you can sign in with your mobile number and password. If the process stops before that screen, do not register again. Contact customer service first.
Not getting the OTP?
Check the country code and number, then wait for the timer before tapping Send again. If no code arrives, use the Contact Us link under the OTP field to reach customer service.
Registering through a referral link
AIPLAY referrals work through links, so there is no code to type into the form. Open the link your friend shared, then register. Members can find their own link in the Referral section of their account.

Read the Terms and Conditions for the account and game rules, and the Privacy Policy for how your registration details are used.
Promotions have their own conditions on top of these terms. A promotional message does not replace them.
After your account is created
- Add your bank account. It must be in the same name you registered with and able to make online transactions.
- Complete real-name verification. You need a verified bank account before you can claim the new-member bonus, free credit rewards or a withdrawal.
- Create your PIN code. The PIN confirms wallet actions such as transfers. If you forget it, use "Forget PIN?" in the wallet.

Try logging in with your mobile number, or reset your password. Do not open a second account; duplicate accounts are not allowed.
It says "Incorrect secure code".
Tap the refresh icon next to the code, type the new characters and try again.
It says "Passwords do not match".
Re-enter the same password in both password fields.
Can I register with a number from outside Malaysia?
Yes. Numbers from Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Hong Kong are accepted. Choose the country code before entering the number.
Why must my name match my bank account?
Your name is checked against the bank account you add for verification and withdrawals. A mismatch can stop verification.
