Ask AIPLAY for a break or restriction

Get help or request a restriction

Contact AIPLAY customer service by live chat, WhatsApp (+60 11-4537 8574) or Telegram (@AiPLAY3344567), and say clearly that your request concerns gambling harm or a restriction. You can use this wording: “I need help with my gambling and want to discuss restricting access to my account.”

A request is not the same as a restriction already being applied. Ask for confirmation of the action, its scope and when it takes effect. Do not create another account to get around a restriction.

Account controls available to you

To take a break, limit your play or close your account, ask customer service. Ask them to confirm exactly what has been applied, how long it lasts and when it takes effect.

You can also protect yourself on your own: decide a budget before you deposit, keep promotions optional, and stop when you reach your limit.

If the options are unclear, ask about the specific outcome you need rather than selecting a control whose effect you do not understand. A general account-closure request should not be assumed to provide the same protection as a confirmed gambling restriction.

Understanding gambling risk

Gambling can affect finances, relationships and physical or mental wellbeing. Trying to recover losses, borrowing to gamble or repeatedly spending more than intended can signal a need for support.

Do not treat gambling as a way to earn an income or solve money problems. Avoid using money needed for essential expenses. If gambling is becoming difficult to control, pause and speak to someone you trust or an appropriate support service.

A limit does not make gambling risk-free. You can seek help without waiting for a particular loss or account event. This page offers information and support routes, not a diagnosis or treatment service.

Support for someone else

You can seek support when another person's gambling is affecting you. You do not have to manage the situation alone or take responsibility for resolving it through their account.

Speak about the effects you have noticed and consider getting advice for your own wellbeing. Avoid asking for the person's password or trying to access the account without authority.

Gambling Therapy provides support for people affected by someone else's gambling as well as people seeking help for themselves.

Further support

Gambling Therapy is a global online service offered by Gordon Moody. It provides free practical advice and emotional support for people affected by gambling. Visit the service for its current ways to get help.

This is an external support resource. It does not manage your AIPLAY account or confirm that a requested account control has been applied.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not wait for an account-support response in an emergency.

What happens after a help request

Keep the acknowledgement or reference supplied with your request. Ask what action is being taken and when you will receive confirmation.

If a check is required, complete it only through AIPLAY's official channels. Do not share authentication secrets in a chat message.

Check that the confirmation describes the protection you requested. If it does not, use the escalation route. Independent support can still be useful while an account request is being handled.
