AIPLAY Support & Account Help
Choose the topic that matches your question, then use the relevant guide or contact route. A clear description of the problem helps identify the next step without sharing sensitive information.
Do not include passwords, one-time codes or recovery links in a support message.
Talk to customer service
Live chat (inside the AIPLAY platform), WhatsApp and Telegram are AIPLAY's only official channels.
Choose the help you need
Start with the part of the service you were using when the issue appeared.
| Topic | Start here |
|---|---|
| Sign-in or registration | Account access and registration |
| An account transaction | Deposits, withdrawals and account records |
| Device or browser | Mobile and browser assistance |
| Offer conditions | Promotion questions |
| An unresolved issue | Escalation and complaints |
| Gambling harm or a restriction request | Gambling support or restrictions |
Do not start another account, payment or application as an assumed solution to an unresolved issue. First check what happened and what the original process recorded.
Contact AIPLAY support
AIPLAY customer service is available through these official channels:
- WhatsApp+60 11-4537 8574
- Telegram@AiPLAY3344567
- Live chatChoose Livechat inside the AIPLAY platform
These are AIPLAY's only official contact channels. Before sending a message, read the information-sharing guidance below.
A sent message is not confirmation that an issue has been resolved. Keep any acknowledgement or case reference so you can refer to the same enquiry later.
Account access and registration
Use the guide for the task you were completing. Describe whether the problem occurred before submission, during a check or after a message appeared.
For a sign-in issue, keep the exact error wording. For a registration issue, note whether the account system displayed a completed, pending or failed state. Do not assume these states mean the same thing.
If you no longer have the mobile number you registered with, tell customer service. Never include a password or OTP in your message.
Deposits, withdrawals and account records
Deposit methods include online banking (AiPAY), QR payment, bank transfer and USDT (TRC-20). Step-by-step guides for each method are in the Tutorial section of the AIPLAY platform.
Withdrawals are paid to your verified bank account, or in USDT (TRC-20) where that option is shown. Each deposit must be wagered at least once before you can withdraw it.
If you close the payment page before a deposit completes, contact customer service once the payment has gone through, so the deposit can be credited.
For a question about a deposit, withdrawal or account record, note the date, amount, status shown and any reference number. Do not repeat a transaction just because the screen has not updated yet.
Never send banking passwords, OTPs, your wallet PIN or full card details in a support message.
Mobile and browser assistance
For setup steps, see the mobile access guide. Tell us which device and access method you used. Include the operating-system version, browser name or app version where relevant, and the message that appeared.
Distinguish a page that will not load from a form that rejects an entry. A local connection issue does not establish that an account is restricted or that the whole platform is unavailable.
Do not disable security software or approve an unexpected installation to get past a warning. Stop and send customer service a description of the warning.
Promotion and eligibility questions
Use the current offer information to identify the relevant title, dates and conditions. Include those details when asking about eligibility, participation or an expected benefit.
If an advertisement and a terms record differ, describe the difference before taking further action. Keep the original wording rather than rewriting an important condition from memory.
Do not increase spending to try to resolve a disputed or unclear condition. A support enquiry is not an exception to the applicable terms and does not confirm that a reward is owed.
Escalation and complaints
To make a complaint, use Complain in the AIPLAY platform menu, which opens live chat, or message us on WhatsApp or Telegram. Explain what happened, the response you received and what you would like reviewed. Include the original case reference when one was provided.
Keep a copy of the messages and relevant dates. Avoid sending unrelated account information that is not needed to explain the complaint.
No outcome is confirmed merely because a complaint has been submitted.
Information to share and protect
A useful first message describes the task, the issue, when it occurred and any non-sensitive error wording. Include your registered mobile number or case reference so the team can find your account.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, recovery links, banking credentials or full card details. Check screenshots before sharing them and remove information unrelated to the enquiry.
If someone unexpectedly asks you to install software, share a secret or approve an account action, stop and check the request through one of the official channels listed above. Phishing can use messages to obtain information or prompt unsafe actions.
